My hope and wish for you is
to do the neurological work

As a member of this distinguished club,
you no longer allow another person, place, or thing,
negative, disempowered, or reactive choices,
thoughts, emotions, behaviors, or stories to
negatively affect or infect your inner world.

As an illustrious member of this club,
you are a mindful manager
of your meaning-machine mind.

You fully own your personal power
and nothing external to the self,
beyond reason and context,
can hijack your nervous system.

You become a member of this club when you
do the work to resolve the unresolved and
grow into the next highest version of yourself.

This occurs when you own and actualize the
Mindful Empowered Leader of your Inner World.

In this state of being you manage
your inner world with ease,
love and accept all aspects of self,
allow your mind to become quiet,
show up with an open heart,
and live your life with a peaceful soul.
